Villa-Sunrise is located on the top street of the Ozanlar sitesi, a small, exclusive development in the hills of Gundogan Village, on the Bodrum Peninsula. The villa is situated to take advantage of very high and mesmerizing panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Two islands right in front act as a backdrop for sail boats, yachts and fishing vessels. On the sunrise side of the mountain, there is always something beautiful to see, from the sunrise, dolphins, and sailing regattas to rainbows and sea birds. Enjoy the glorious morning sun and stay cool in the hot afternoon sun.
The front balcony, faced in fuchsia colored bougainvilleas, makes this the ideal location for relaxing in comfortable, teak patio furniture. The balcony also boasts travertine marble tiles and a beautifully crafted wooden pergola for shade.
This
villa has three bedrooms, full bathroom upstairs, and a
half bath downstairs. The villa is fully
air-conditioned and heated. Guests of Sunrise Villa have
access to the onsite pool as well as the site's private,
oceanside swimming dock.

sleeping: The villa has can sleep up to 6 people bedrooms are configured as follows: 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 three-quarter and a sofa bed in the living room can sleep 1 person. Bed linens and towels are provided for your use.
general: The villa has 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. An outdoor shower can also keep you very cool.
entertainment: The villa has television with a DVD player. Many movies for adults and kids are provided. The unit also has a Bose ipod dock for speakers for use indoors or out (bring your favorite music!).
parking: Parking is located right outside the back door of Sunrise Villa. No need to climb stairs or haul groceries from a far away parking lot.
eating & living: There is room for 6 in the dining room or sitting on the deck. Another table for 2 or 4 is located in the top room with the best view. Great for morning coffee on cooler days. Floor-to-ceiling, corner windows open fully for that fresh ocean breeze.
To prepare food you will find a stove-top cooker, large toaster oven, charcoal bar-b-que, fridge, freezer, kettle, bullet blender and toaster. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and cooking utensils complete the kitchen.
Pack lightly as the villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Clothes are dried on a rack or an outdoor line.

a) Rates
DO NOT include Electric, Water and Gas. A basic utility
charge of $18
(€
to the entire rental cost.
b) Rates include change of linens, sheets, and towels for rentals of 2 weeks and more. However, a one-time
cleaning and laundry fee of $100 (€75) will be added to the entire rental cost for all rentals.
c) If paid by credit card or PayPal, a one-time payment of 4.5% is applied to the entire rental cost to cover commission charges.
d) Rates include all applicable Turkish Sales Tax (VAT) for all of our villas.
e) Should you choose to bring a pet, a non-refundable mandatory charge of $75 (€50) per week will be added.
f) If booking size party is more than 5 people, an additional charge of $25 (€17) per person per week will be added
to the entire rental cost.
g) A refundable security/breakage deposit of $150 (€150, or 300 TL, or 150 GBP) is required with the final payment.
This will be returned to you within 2-3 weeks after your vacation.
