Villa Selim offers free of charge telephone services. The villa has also private beach access within 5 minutes by walking.

Villa Selim can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. The villa has terraced gardens, wood-burning fire place, laundry room with new washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. Pathways from the villa lead down to the swimming pool, overlooking the Aegean Sea. This villa sees the sunrise and is cool in the hot afternoon sun. Perfect for relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the island view and sail boats.

The outdoor dining terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. The huge boulder next to the terrace separates the neighboring house and provides a private natural atmosphere. The villa is tastefully furnished and comfortably equipped. In the living room, the TV has built-in DVD/CD player and hundreds of satellite channels from around the world. The sun terrace offers two sun beds, BBQ, and a wonderful view of the sea and mountain behind the villa. Perfect place to barbeque and prepare for al-fresco dining on the terrace.

Gundogan is a quiet, peaceful community for those who enjoy a traditional Turkish village. The Gundogan beach, reachable by car in 5 minutes, is a perfect place to spend a lazy day in the sun.

sleeping: The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 queen, 2 twin. The property also has 1 sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

general: The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

entertainment: The villa has television satellite/cable. Telephone services are provided free of charge for local calls only.

eating & living: There is room for 6 in the dining terrace. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Location: 18 km from Bodrum, and 35 km from the Bodrum International Airport (BJV).

Transfer time: 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Bodrum International Airport (BJV)

Car Rental or Aiport Transfers: We work with a local car company to provide this service. The local car company we have arrangements with charge the following rates (including all taxes and insurance) on average depending on the car chosen:

22 GBP per day in July and August, and
20 GBP per day in May, June, September and October

Our nearest airport is the International Bodrum-Milas International (BJV) airport, which is about 45 minutes by car. Another nearby airport is the Izmir International Airport (ADB) approx. 3 hours by driving or the Dalaman Airport (ATM) (approx. 3 hours by driving).

If you are interested in visiting Istanbul, you can always take a domestic flight from Istanbul Ataturk International Airport (IST) to Bodrum - Milas International Airport (BJV). The flight time is approx. 50 minutes.
