Villa Roger is a new villa completed in August 2006. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. All the lounge sofas/armchairs convert to comfy double/single beds (Sat TV on hand). This villa has 2 beds (double bed in each, superb Aegean sea views from the master), a separate kitchen, two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), mosquito nets on all opening windows, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Grassed garden with hoses to cool down or water flowers. Stairs from the villa lead directly up to the road, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The pool is open from May 1 to October 31 in 2010. The villa offers superb outdoor living space. French doors in the living room open up to a Mediterranean style courtyard garden. Perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee relaxing in peace and comfort. If you don't feel like sitting around the pool, lay back, read a book, and laze the day away.

The interior decor is bright and modern with thought given to soft furnishings and accessories to make the Villa a home from home during your stay. Various artworks from a number of sources are displayed adding to the comfortable feel of the villa.

sleeping: The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin.  This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

general: The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. There is air-conditioning and BBQ at this villa.

entertainment: The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

eating & living: There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
