Villa Maija is a two bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with full ocean view and located in a small exclusive development on the hills near the village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula overlooking the intersection of the Aegean & Mediterranean Seas. The villa was completed in 2006 and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bed settee, a separate kitchen, two full bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), an open fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a fully equipped kitchen. The communal swimming pool is close to the villa, being at the bottom of the steps which lead to the pool area.

Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a patio area with spectacular sea views making this the ideal location for relaxing or dining in comfortable patio furniture. If you don’t feel like lounging by the pool sun loungers are available for use in the private sun terrace.

sleeping: The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

general: The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

entertainment: The villa has television satellite/cable.

eating & living: There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle,, etc. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, and an iron. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Location: 18 km from Bodrum, and 35 km from the Bodrum International Airport (BJV).

Transfer time: 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Bodrum International Airport (BJV)

Car Rental or Aiport Transfers: We work with a local car company to provide this service. The local car company we have arrangements with charge the following rates (including all taxes and insurance) on average depending on the car chosen:

22 GBP per day in July and August, and
20 GBP per day in May, June, September and October

Our nearest airport is the International Bodrum-Milas International (BJV) airport, which is about 45 minutes by car. Another nearby airport is the Izmir International Airport (ADB) approx. 3 hours by driving or the Dalaman Airport (ATM) (approx. 3 hours by driving).

If you are interested in visiting Istanbul, you can always take a domestic flight from Istanbul Ataturk International Airport (IST) to Bodrum - Milas International Airport (BJV). The flight time is approx. 50 minutes.
