Villa Llamedos is located in the same community as Villa Bahce, Villa Maija, Villa Catriona and Villa Derya. This villa has two bedrooms, fire place, full bathroom upstairs, and a bathroom downstairs. The villa is air conditioned and heated. The best part is that the villa is only 50 meters from the public transportation.
The villa has spectacular sea views making this the ideal location for relaxing or dining in comfortable patio furniture.Private Seaside Access: YES

conditioned and there is a large freestanding electric
fan.
Living Room: 3 seater
Sofa bed (Double bed when opened, all done in one
operation).
Double size blow up mattress (with electric air pump)
will fit in entrance
hall if
necessary. Sleep 6 comfortable 8 at a push ideal for 2
children.
Upstairs Bathroom: Mosiac tiles ,Bath with overhead shower and fitted glass shower screen, Large mirror, Modern wash basin with towel rail, Toilet, Electric socket for Shaver/hair dryer .

Kitchen :Fully equipped with crockery, glasses, Fridge/Freezer, Utensils, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Gas Hob (gas cylinder outside in small open shed) Extractor fan, Electric Oven, Hot and cold water dispenser, Electric Juicer, Electric Kettle, Toaster.
Shower Room: Fully tiled, Large Mirror, walk in shower,
basin, toilet, Towel hangers.
Living Room: Hard wood dining

entertainment: The villa has television satellite/cable.
eating & living: There is room for 6 in the dining terrace. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

* All rental fees will be based on the applicable
exchange rate of the US Dollars ($ USD)
at the time of booking.
Additional charges (REQUIRED -
all rates below are in USD currency - United States
Dollar):
a) Rates
DO NOT include Electric, Water and Gas. A basic utility
charge of $18
(€
to the entire rental cost.
b) Rates include change of linens, sheets, and towels for rentals of 2 weeks and more. However, a one-time
cleaning and laundry fee of $100 (€75) will be added to the entire rental cost for all rentals.
c) If paid by credit card or PayPal, a one-time payment of 4.5% is applied to the entire rental cost to cover commission charges.
d) Rates include all applicable Turkish Sales Tax (VAT) for all of our villas.
e) Should you choose to bring a pet, a non-refundable mandatory charge of $75 (€50) per week will be added.
f) If booking size party is more than 5 people, an additional charge of $25 (€17) per person per week will be added
to the entire rental cost.
g) A refundable security/breakage deposit of $150 (€150, or 300 TL, or 150 GBP) is required with the final payment.
This will be returned to you within 2-3 weeks after your vacation.
