in a small exclusive development on the hills near the
village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula overlooking
the intersection of the Aegean & Mediterranean Seas. The
villa was completed in 2006 and can comfortably
accommodate up to 5 adults plus baby/child.
The
villa is situated to view a fantastic panoramic sea view
from all front windows. This is a very spacious villa. All the
furniture is beautifully handmade.
This very
tastefully designed villa has an open plan living room,
dining room; the living room has patio doors which lead
out into the garden area. There is a separate fully
fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including
cooker, fridge freezer, iron and kettle. The kitchen
has patio doors which lead out onto a large terrace,
perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a downstairs
bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs there are
two good sized bedrooms, one has a double bed and the
other sleeps 3 persons. (double bed with bunk bed above
or 2 singles or 3 singles) The master bedroom has a
beautiful Ottoman style timber window seat with stunning
views. There is another bathroom upstairs with a bath,
shower and toilet.
The
villa is perfectly designed for outdoor living. It has
a lovely large terrace downstairs with access from the
kitchen, and leading out onto the well kept garden area.
It has a coal BBQ for dining. The entrance to the villa
is upstairs which bring you down to the upper floor
level. There is a large communal pool and children’s
pool and also a children’s playground, and not
forgetting the unbeatable panoramic views.
sleeping: The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. T. One bedroom has 1 queen size bed for 2 people, and the other bedroom sleeps 3 persons. (Double bed with bunk bed above or 2 singles or 3 singles) The villa is situated to view a fantastic panoramic sea view from all front windows. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
general: The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
entertainment: The villa has television satellite/cable.
eating & living: There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
